Database Registration Scheme

As part of our continuing efforts for improvement, we have introduced a database registration scheme. All customers, current and new, will have all fume cupboard and LEV details recorded against a unique serial number. If problems arise outside of normal servicing periods, a simple phone call by the customer will enable us to access all relevant part details. This will result in fast, efficient procurement of replacement parts, ensuring minimum fume cupboard shutdown periods and remedial costs.

This is yet another example of LabcheckUK's continuing efforts to provide a superior service to our customers.
